Feedback, Comments & Complaints of Quality:

Please note that our prices and portion sizes are well displayed at the premises. We hope new customers are aware of this before ordering to avoid unnecessary subject comments.


We welcome and honour any genuine comments and issues relating to our products and service from our customers as we constantly look for improvisation and changes to enhance the quality & taste of food, purchasing experience at our reception and attention on aftersales. However we do object feedbacks with intentions of unreasonable claims, hate and conflicts of interest, whereas not just from a single actual customer but using their close counterparts, friends or famliy to duplicate and induce more individual inferior comments in order to reduce our overall rating on public web platforms.



While we are doing our best not to cause misunderstanding on serving and preparation, natural and accidental mistakes can occur which we are more than

happy to correct them if customers explain sensibly with good

constructive intentions. In event of claiming a refund, customer

is required to retain 70% of food in each portion which is to be

claimed, together with its packaging, preferably brought to us the

same or next day. We can only accept to replace the item having

issues, not an entire order effected by it, nor any compensation

towards travel cost or any inconveniences this may brought about.


For issues (refer to photo) relating to discovery of foreign objects

with cross contamination such as hair like structure.

While every care has been taken to reduce the risks, sometimes

matters can occur beyond our control in the nature of environment.

If you feel you should bring this to our attention, please retain the

item(s), contact and take it to us for examination. Expecially with

hair like object, these can be:

1) Cotton; the cotton cloth used for wipe clean the woks after each

clean.

2) Vermicelli; high speed stir frying cross contamination

3) Bean Shoot Roots; high speed stir frying cross contamination

Also, when you are having main dish with stir fried noodles at your dining table.

4) Other fine objects


Mixed up or missing items; please ask reception to repeat the order, also bear in mind that, occasionally customer can order the wrong title of the dishe. We can normally can credit 

the dishe involved. Please do not rate us unfavorably without giving us the opportunities to ratify your issue(s).
